2. Click "Sign in".

3. Click "Sign up".

4. Enter your name into the "Your full name *" field.

5. Enter your email address into the "Your email *" field.

6. Click "Sign up."

7. Navigate to your email inbox.
8. Open the email from support@itakecontrol.zendesk.com with the subject "Create a password for iTakeControl."

9. Create a password.

10. Click "Set password."

11. Navigate back to https://support.itakecontrolhealth.com/ to begin reviewing iTakeControl Zendesk articles.
